Quaint a two bedroom cottage on a tree lot. Open concept, living room, and kitchen with wood-burning stove and propane range. The cottage is not hooked to electricity, however, has solar powered lights, and some plug-ins. The second floor bedrooms are not completed as one can see in the pictures. During the summer rain water water is collected from the roof for indoor use.

Inclusions:  Wood stove, propane kitchen range, fridge, portable toilet, solar system.
Exclusions:  Furniture & personal effects.
